By accessing or using Immersive Storytelling ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Immersive Storytelling provides an AI-powered interactive storytelling experience. Users can engage in text-based conversations with fictional characters created for entertainment purposes. The Service includes a 7-day free trial followed by a paid subscription.
After a 7-day free trial, your subscription is $24.99/month for Explorer, $34.99/month for Immersive, or $59.99/month for Beloved. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel anytime through your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
All fees are in U.S. dollars and non-refundable except as required by law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — interactive storytelling entertainment. You will not use the Service to harass, abuse, or send harmful content of any kind. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that misuse the Service.
The characters, narratives, and content within Immersive Storytelling are the property of Immersive Storytelling. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMMERSIVE STORYTELLING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Ownership, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Texas.
